I have been associated with Flamingo Additives & Colourants LLP since last 7 years it was a very great experience to work with management and the employees. Don't go on the reviews posted by other candidates. If any of the employee is non performer or hiding any important matter from the company that was the only reasons company must have taken any decisions than too our management has supported those employees out of the box. my relationship with the management and the employees is just like an family.

There is no dislikes company understands the situations of the employees and standby in each and every situation. Alternate saturdays are off with all other employee benefits

Never ever join this company even if its the last company in the world. You will regret later.

Dislikes

Very Bad company culture managed by two partners who have a different thinking and mindset. No job security and company does not care about their employees and there has been more than few instances wherein employees where fired same day especially from marketing team. No growth and the owners disrespect their employee and does not treat them properly.
