...lue or respect skilled professionals if they don't toe their line, all the time. Worse, they don't pay your rightful salary on some or the other flimsy grounds.

Dislikes

They don't treat their employees as human beings but as robots. Besides, they don't give you a good work environment even as they humiliate you before others to show who is the boss.

If I gave 1*, isn't it obvious that there is nothing to like about working at Flags communications. The owner is 21 years old inexperienced person who doesn't have a clue how to run a company. Owner's mother (arrogant, selfish, heartless woman ) who happens to be the CEO of Flags's sister company B Square, takes all decisions.

Dislikes

Everything. You are hired for Flags, but will have to work for B Square also. Salary comes at 15th or later on every month Salary deduction even coming 1 minute late No INCREMENT EVEN AFTER COMPLETING 1 YEAR

you have a job, for namesake. (owner's mother can fire you at any time for no reason) You get your salary (one and half month late, every 3rd week of next month, past due dates of your bills)

Dislikes

salary deduction, even if you are 1 minute late from 9:40 you will not get paid over time even you stayed back for 4 hours in the night. your breaks are counted and monitored(even loo breaks). your salary will be deducted based on that. you will get yelled at by owner's mother for no reason. you will not get work from home at all. they will employ every possible tactic to deduct your salary

there is nothing to like here. Management is not supportive at all. There are not many clients. Nightmare for employees.

...anagement. everyone behaves like they are god here specially account department. and yes, salary date is a big big problem, you will have to wait till 15th date or more.

...n, beauty, real estate & much more - we get new variety to work upon everyday. Good work culture & good pay structure is cherry on the cake. The management (including the VP & MD of the organization) is quite friendly and easily approachable. The staff serves water, tea etc. on your workstation. With office resuming after lockdown, they have followed strict hygiene and social distancing guidelines - which included the seating format too. Employees are given the option to visit office on alternate days. To enhance the immunity of the employees, the company offers "Kaadha" (organic immunity boosting drink) to everyone @ workstation only. The company is indeed a great place for personal as well as professional grooming.

Dislikes

However, the company is about to shift to a new location in Noida very soon - but the current office space seems a bit small. Moreover it is in the basement. The pantry should be bigger too. Thankfully, the employees will be getting wonderful facilities in the new office location.
