The compensation is pretty good, there is good work life balance and work is appreciated by team and higher managements

Sometimes there is lack of communication on how the company growth trajectory is going to be.

There is nothing likeable in this org, they have pathetic appraisal process.

Dislikes

Job security is not there, when I joined the company has rating of 4.3 on glassdoor, but now it is 3.5. They laid off lot of people with out proper benefits or severance package, and for some they will lay off suddenly saying the performance issue without PIP, actually they want to reduce the head count but to escape severance package they will tell performance as the reason. You will not learn anything here.

Company culture is good. People are helpful. Management acknowledge your work.

Dislikes

Very basic tech stack. Nothing much to learn and grow technically. Engineers are mediocre and have low motivation to learn, execute and prove him/herself.
