No Growth, Management likes the only spoons, No salary time, no criteria for an interview, The training team doesn't know the actual meaning of training.

Nothing, my experience is very bad in this company, there are no respect of employees here. And very bad behaviour of seniors. I worked as a annotations team lead here there are no knowledge of annotations Even seniors had no knowledge of annotations. The used to work with people like clockwork.

Dislikes

...ad no contribution of his own. All the senior were not aware of any annotations. And they don't even pay anyone's salary on time. And they cut the employee's salary without any reason.

...ronment and culture teammates. Are supportive and the management I transparent . Company policies are good appraisals are fare and they give good salary hike and bonus.

1. Teamates were friendly 2. Managers and HR executives were friendly and helping in nature 3. Less internal polictics

1. Salary not in time 2. Everytime recieving less salary and we have to raise query 3.Have to work in national holidays strictly but company not compensated at all 4. No increment in salary ,they just introduce new incentive plans for few months, which is very difficult to achieve and they stopped it

I like the way of working and i learnt lot of thinks in doing working time and i learnt the skill of typing and leading and they given a good training

There no promotion and salary High and no pf and nothing and no response to heard worker
