They provide decent salary and incentive and we didn't get it properly coz we should funding our incentive and salary to customers and it doesn't come to you anyway .we should funding for abscond and some uninsured death customers too.

Good opportunities for sales and collection employees there is no good salary for credit department employees Less salaries over work But work life balance was good no timings you can complete the files in your login there will be no calls from superiors

Very less salary when compared to sales team very less basic salary TA is very less when compared to distance you travel Yearly hike was also less Promotions also you will get after 2 years

They Forced You To Pay Customer Emi's For Completing There Target Your Entire Salary Went To Customer EMis & Company MD Also Known About This Situation ,How Employee Spending Entire Salary To Company Target & There Is No Return Guarantee For Spending Money On Customers & Company Will Never Responsible For That Total Risk On Employer

... and on month end its touch around 10:30pm also and daily it is around 7:30 pm. kindly consider this points and if branch working on any holidays please pay the OT over time on that day.
