Everything there is no work culture unnecessary metting ..in which they discus same things ..some senior people over the don't know how to talk ..they are not well mannered

Working with FITSO is great as work environment is very cool and flexible. The environment I was looking for a job is in FITSO.

Well there is not so bad things about FITSO but what I felt is there is some lack of commitments with employee they do at the time of joining. otherwise everything seems to be perfect from my side.
