- Pinching after work when employees at home most of the time
- No emergency leave, salary deduction at this situation
- No project manager, no research and development on product
- Any thing that come to mind of the AVP tries to implement

Waste of time get a better job.no salary as promise....horrible deduction rule..don't join ..they ruined my 6 months .. name of 35k I got 12k every month.
It's simply based on how tenured employee u r.. if you are an old employee but hardly knows how to complete your task then it's like a government job for u.. it doesn't matter whether you are a bad performer or not still your job is safe. And in case you try to do something good for the employees the tenured employees will make sure you do not succeed as they are always thinking that if a new person does better than them then their job is at risk, so they make sure no new employees are able to perform their best. And they have the best HR policies in the company which was "if there is any issue between the employees instead of finding out the actual problem they will give the solution as " aaj se aap log aapas me baat nai karenge or else after office koi employees apne colleague se baat nai karega" that's the HR Policy😂😂😂😂 it's hilarious though and in case if are a female with good work ethics and all then it will be made sure that you are targeted by the HR and she will definitely ensure you do not work there for many more days. Only selected 2-3 employees ARE allowed to come to office after 11am also though office starts from 10.30am coz they are closer to the owners. Also this was the first I saw that an AM is giving approval to Senior Managers request.
FITPASS working culture is very positive. They are more focused towards employee well being

Nothing, it's a great place to work and learn new things where you will get ample opportunities to interact with the directors and learn things from him/her.
