- need of more senior leadership who can mentor junior team members.

timely salary received and incentives like sports apparel & running shoes. product is in developing phase hence you have many chances to grow as a product engineer. freedom to work and explore opportunities within the company

some incorrectly hired people for junior roles who are not competent to work in start ups and at all, keep bad mouthing about the company. complete wfo and hence gets hectic to travel.

1. Mindgames 2. No job security at all 3. Micro management 4.Personal relations between higher-ups significantly impacted workplace dynamics 5. Neglect of employee health, lack of employee care 6. Terrible management & work culture ever seen 7. No work freedom 8. No fix working hours but pressure to be on time Adding these points just to help someone who consider their own mental health while working

Great culture and filled with people who genuinely care about the mission. ist low ego environment with smart and helpful colleagues. The company is oing a transformation, evolving from a start up culture to that of a larger organisation. Leadership is striving to retain teh best aspects of both stages of growth. Product is absolutely great.

Dislikes

It seems that teams are often worked up - thats how start ups are right. As our founder says shaddi ka ghar. you do everything. While i havent personally felt so as i have always loved what i did as a person and as an employee.
