There are some managers who will pressurize and underrate the work that developers do. No matter how much hard you work, if you do one mistake then the manager will be on top of your head. No chance to travel abroad.

Higher management is really good. Work culture is also awesome

Dislikes

Sometimes, We have to work more than 12 hours straight in a day as we have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Some project managers are doing micro management but the Delivery heads and Other project managers are clear with the work load for individuals.

Best part of Fission is the friendly startup work culture and the awesome work life balance. Good work is always appreciated. Management is extremely friendly and approachable and so are the peers.

No formal training is provided, but, there is an immense scope to learn new technologies and frameworks.

Dislikes

Not many projects to work on. Seniors don't help much. They are very bad in recognizing employee's skills and assigning projects accordingly. Employees are not even informed about the new projects that come in.
