Fisher and Paykel India---- Nothing good about company. Worst.

Dislikes

Worst experience working with Fisher and Paykel. Salary component is not according to market. Higher management including HR is not good. Their decision-making processes lack transparency, consistency, and proper evaluation of the potential consequences. The absence of employee-friendly policies and practice which hinder overall job satisfaction. Their flagrant disregard for employee well-being, their tendency to relocate without consultation and incompetence by higher management make it a company to be avoided.

F&P is good Company and best products in Neonatal Division.World class products. Salary package is good, travel policy is also good.

Dislikes

I feel most of the employees are doing his job only with yes sir- yes sir behaviour. which is not good for any company.

Higher Management Team is pathetic in HQ. They are not supportive at all. Decisions are being taken without any discussion. Worst work culture. Rossy Rossy words but actions are exactly opposite. Talks a lot about women empowerment but disrespectful behaviour.

The management is very arrogant and thinks they are great. . No body visit field or customers. Only dumping of material to dealer to show a number No support from HR- nothing comes on time Company car is given and thy act like it ks a big blessing from them. Everything you do is mistake Only management is correct Please don’t join here even if you have no job They support only people who pass on information about others

Fantastic place to work. Great company culture and perks. The company really takes care of its people. Work pressure is low. The campus is beautiful with ample free parking. Lots of food options in the different cafeterias. Access to all the latest modelshop equipment. Rewarding work.

Dislikes

The only con is that promotions are not done in a consistent manner. Visibility to upper management matters a lot. One could spend years in a junior role.
