...you have worked there more than 3+ years you are not secured. No extra benefits. You will get only salary. Managers are very unprofessional. They don't know the meaning of company culture. They don't even appreciate the performers. Only work work work.

...nd ownership are expected. Office politics are absent. People are very friendly. Compensation is competitive with hikes better than market levels if performance is good.

Worst Culture, Worst Management , Unethical Behaviour with Clients and Partner Banks. They waste big salary on management who don't produce results nor provide proper leadership..Sometime I wonder who funds this company are fools.They pay below par to ground staff who do all the work. If you are reading this pls don't find such company who don't generate profits and who treat employees like shit. Huge employee turnover, only 5% employees who were there when I joined are there with company now... Not suited for female employees. Force to sell insurance traditional plans to generate revenue...use malpractice to bribe partner bank employees

... management cares for its employees also. Undue work pressure is also not there. Salary package offered is good. On the whole a good company for sure. My recommended one.
