I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Dislikes

...nderperforming to throw you out of company. Termination and PiP are common here. They will ask you every now and then if you are justifying your salary. Most Saturdays are working even though office is Monday to Friday. Otherwise all good 👍

New company in the market as individual CIN. Previously with bosch. Company wants employees to perform such a way so that it can compete with 20 years old company & pioneer HILTI which is a foolish expectation. Here it's not sure that next day u will have job or not, u will be in company or not.
