Terrible upper management. Very poor decisions. Hiring freezes. Low quality Developers are being hired. Soon this company will go down. No opportunity for growth. No proper process is being followed. No learning and improvement. Disappointed here.

Fidelity was very good till 2014 in case of promotion, salary, job security

Dislikes

Now no reason to work with Fidelity, because they removed some levels in hirarchy and very difficult to get carrier growth. And company started removing employees benefits one by one. So better to avoid joining in Fidelity
