I can say if you join as a fresher you can learn in depth knowledge about your domain with lot of pressure

Leave requests are frequently denied with excuses like exceeding the allowed holidays. The company offers no proper benefits, and even deductions like PF contributions are often not reflected in your PF account. The environment fosters fear among employees, forcing them to work under pressure without fair treatment.
