...ager from last 2 years, I like this company because of below mentioned reason. - No Delay in Salary and Appraisal. - Flexibility in working - Working environment is too good. - No dictator hierarchy process, they treat everyone equally. - Monthly Bonus/ Star Performer incentives - Employee safety is priority. - Training/ Soft skills trainings

Dislikes

-Company is in growing stage, So need accountability of senior players. -Has to be multitasker in some task

Likes

They mainly work with USA based clients, so there is a tremendous learning opportunity if someone wants to grow their career. They help you improve not only technical skills but also communication skills, and how to talk to clients etc. They give you the opportunity to manage projects and client communication early in your career. I learnt a lot in this company in a very short period of time.

Dislikes

I feel lucky to discover this company in Lucknow and join it. Don't have anything negative to say. I heard horror stories from other companies from my batchmates, nothing like that here. I would say the environment here is cool and progressive.
