...cause of debt and family problems. They never know welfare of their own workers. If you want to know more, you can ask the workers there about the current pay issue. You know when you resign then you can see the real face of the company.

I was with first security for over 6 years and very loyal but I did find even those years I did in Christchurch to get re'employed in Auckland those years I didn't seem to matter

I did find much to dislike 6 year service but still on low pay found that a bit hard

my team and all seniors are cooperative and helpful. work environment was really friendly with less work pressure and timely brakes.. they usually get cover and relievers on time or some time before time and that helps allot. site jobs was describe well and comms was really quick for answering call and for welfare checks.

Dislikes

some time on my day off have to be cover for my college if some is sick or stick in some urgent work.

It's an fantastic experience which I gained I had many valuable experience with different nationalities to improve my career growth and to develop my skills and strengths I came back
