You get good support from the management & team, work culture is liberal. Pay & incentives are good.

They treat you like villain if u don't achieve the target, salary date is 1st but at times you have to wait till 4th.

Nothing good in the company full of toxic and frustrated job

Unrealistic expectations from the team manager, Profiles... Profiles...Profiles...Target...Target...Target. There is no work life balance, initially they said 5 day working, but they ask to submit profiles weekend also, a lady sitting in client office, she thing she owned the company, and she called untime like midnight asking the status. She simply called the team members as a idiots.

It is a staffing and a recruitment company. I worked as tech recruiter and closed many developer positions. They also provided good training to me initially in the beginning and I had got an opportunity to learn many things about recruitment and sourcing. Overall it is one the top 3 recruitment companies in India.

Dislikes

The work life balance should have better and to be frank in recruitment we need to work on few Saturdays.

First Meridian is a startup. So they are e hiring young people and a good place to start a career for freshers.

Dislikes

1) Targets!!!! Targets!!!! Targets!!!!! Even if you achieve 100% they will expect 200%. Okay if the incentive structure is good, We can give 200%. They follow a very poor incentive structure. And to achieve that we have to work 24*7 ( Unrealistic expectations). 2) No team outings

I felt like their expectations were extremely unrealistic and exploitative expectations I would not recommend any one to apply for career in this for at least recruitment role
