Only fake documentation is going here in this company.no Colleague support to learn in this company because others Also not aware what work they are doing. And what exact how the work would be done.also none of field of Mechanical Engineers, Computers, Electronics and CFD. when talk about Job security there is no job security in this company. you might be terminated at any stage without any genuine reasons.the boss of this company is very cleaver,also HR of this company is baby boy He is very lazy about their work.He actually don't know about theirs work duties.so i request to All of you please don't apply here in this company. please save your time and future.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
