First Flight Couriers Ltd gives me lots of opportunities to learn more. They to improve my self in computer. Another plus point is that my colleagues are come from different various culture and we all work with together and happly. I also like the company atmosphere they give respect to lady employees.

Dislikes

Salary comes late and work lod is very high . I have received lots of appreciation mail but our organisation never give any gift for those . And they take on roll for two years. . Once my colleague insult me but they can't take strong action .

The company is ope to innovation and readily adopts latest technology . I love the fact that I am a part of a team markets reliable high quality product and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow the work pressure is very high . Sometimes, o have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend office work in the evening and sometimes late in to the night.

When i was working there, i will learn the system wise work and maintaining the team members, attending meetings, completing day to day's work, etc.,

i am getting poor salary for the post of incharge in Standard Chartered Bank's credit card division as a vendor. in branch there is no manpower for delivery. without manpower how is it possible to deliver the goods. There is no promotion at all. if any body having influence they will enjoy. First of all i am not getting Appointment Order for the period of 8 years. I have asked so many times. so, i am really fedup and gone out. For the experiance certificate also i am struggling and received it.

I am great thankful that i was working in first flight, job securities,compensation and work life in high but the growth is not satisfactory, but i learned too much with the first flight.
