The only reason I am still with them is because the country do not care about the masses and as such employers do as it please them no one to regulate the company.

The salary is small compared to other bank but fcmb gives right to earn more compensation and bonus on certain product.... So u can earn higher than people in ur grade

Environment some branches are so samll that staff do not even have seat..

it has increase my innovation level and capacity to grow to the next level, the job also make me to know people, it also add to my prestige.

their salary scale is not too encouraging although the incentive are some how encouraging, they also give unrealistic target to their DSA

The Bank is open to innovation and constructive criticizem . Especially, in the area of given listening ear to the issue of strong and aggressive advertisement. Compared to what it use to be as far back as 2011 when i join the bank.

With the situation in the country ( NIGERIA ) today. How can you place DSA OR SDSA On the salary they are earning ? IT IS TOO POOR . PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.Thanks.

It's a great place to work. I will suggest a better integration program is adopted to enable changes in departments by an existing employee based on career paths on the management portal to be smooth. It becomes difficult when one moves from one unit to the other and becomes frustrated for lack of learning or proper hand-holding and you are expected to perform at maximum potential immediately. Otherwise, the career progression path in the bank working is excellent.

Stated in the box above. The learning or training process upon movement from one unit to the other should be smooth and proper orientation given to supervisors on how to handle employees who are new to the unit, so that there is an understanding that there will be a hand-holding period for the new staff(existing employee but new in the unit or new line of responsibility). Supervisors should be educated more on how to work as a team, it's an official environment, it's important that supervisors motivate staff, not intimidate them, otherwise, productivity will come from a place of fear and not ownership of the job and targets and with this comes the desire to leave the unit as quickly as possible or possibly exit the bank at the slightest opportunity.
