Teammates, training good. Job security ok, carrier growth 30%. Salary/appraisals not much. Travel not much, politics too much, learning good. Working environment good, innovation not applicable, work life balanced.

Very poor work environment and the MD uses cuss words to address people. Worst place to work for young people.

Dislikes

Very bad place to work !!! The MD and director don't know how to talk to people and the work culture is very poor and no growth or appraisal. The MD uses bad language and cuss words to talk to people. Many women have been harassed as well.
