Friendly team members . No one interfere more in your business. Do your work in time then do anything.Be strict on your delivery.

Zero benefit with less than market standard salary. HR will negotiate like if you fine with their given salary join else go for other. Many meetings as per agile,on an average 2 meeting per day each of them takes more than 1 hour . Very strict on delivery,if you miss it then be prepared for gentle warning from team lead. Though work is less but they create very bad environment so that someone becomes very uncomfortable during a sprint. Here each of your activity will be observed and will be pointed out in retro meeting , your bad and good things.

I have worked for 5 years in this organization. The work culture and ethics are good. You will get a good support.Very good career growth opportunities.

Dislikes

Not satisfied with the salary part. Your hike will be adjusted with the existing package. You will get the same salary even after the hike. And package is included with the incentive part which is almost 10-15% of your CTC.

The people first policy. And managements helping nature towards employees as much possible with extents

Salary negotiation and salary structure. 10% variable thing is little unwelcomeing thing as per my view

Not much just job security is good with leaves in number though they may or may not allow you based on project

As you become well committed employee you get more work to be finished but the pay remains same

Job Security, People, working hours, Infrastructure, Location wise central. New and latest technology.

Compensation difference is more for same experience and performance. In shift, no allowance in morning and noon, Cab services also not provided. No Weekend work allowance or comp-off. Very less WFH. No Onsite. Very slow Promotions and hike very less.
