Its a great company to learn. Pay wise may not be that great. But overall good.

Dislikes

The policy towards experienced/employees staying with the company for long are now not in that good shape. Recently the policy is not that great towards those employees.

... policy, associated bond amount, firing policy. Additionally very limited hikes. If you want to join this company my suggestion is go for even less salary with no bond but don't join FAI.

Offshore Management most of them are good. People are nice.

...don't even consider india team. But only as task executors. No one team concept. Salary is not matching industry std. No 360 feedback system. Firing rate is very high.

Less work no work pressure. You have lot of time you can concentrate on you personal stuff only 8 hrs of shift timing unlike other company 10hrs working. You have lot of time stay in job improve your skill and move on.

Dislikes

...eer growth even as 10 yrs working as senior associate not as process specialist. Average salary not very competitive. Atmosphere looks like friendly and family but there would lot of backstabbing and gossiping. On self development you have much time so you can utilise your self and learning yourself.

Friendly team members . No one interfere more in your business. Do your work in time then do anything.Be strict on your delivery.

Zero benefit with less than market standard salary. HR will negotiate like if you fine with their given salary join else go for other. Many meetings as per agile,on an average 2 meeting per day each of them takes more than 1 hour . Very strict on delivery,if you miss it then be prepared for gentle warning from team lead. Though work is less but they create very bad environment so that someone becomes very uncomfortable during a sprint. Here each of your activity will be observed and will be pointed out in retro meeting , your bad and good things.
