Less work no work pressure. You have lot of time you can concentrate on you personal stuff only 8 hrs of shift timing unlike other company 10hrs working. You have lot of time stay in job improve your skill and move on.

...eer growth even as 10 yrs working as senior associate not as process specialist. Average salary not very competitive. Atmosphere looks like friendly and family but there would lot of backstabbing and gossiping. On self development you have much time so you can utilise your self and learning yourself.

This Company treat employee like as slave. No Job guarantee or warranty if you raise any questions to Managers or Team leader No Skill Update

The manager and team leads are all super friendly, and there's no work pressure as long as you meet your targets. If you do, no one will ask any questions.

Dislikes

The salary is relatively low. If you meet your annual targets, you'll be eligible for an increment, but it's a small amount. If you don't meet your targets, you won't receive any increment.

... policy, associated bond amount, firing policy. Additionally very limited hikes. If you want to join this company my suggestion is go for even less salary with no bond but don't join FAI.

Offshore Management most of them are good. People are nice.

Dislikes

...don't even consider india team. But only as task executors. No one team concept. Salary is not matching industry std. No 360 feedback system. Firing rate is very high.
