Less work no work pressure. You have lot of time you can concentrate on you personal stuff only 8 hrs of shift timing unlike other company 10hrs working. You have lot of time stay in job improve your skill and move on.

...eer growth even as 10 yrs working as senior associate not as process specialist. Average salary not very competitive. Atmosphere looks like friendly and family but there would lot of backstabbing and gossiping. On self development you have much time so you can utilise your self and learning yourself.

5 Days Work only but sometime have Saturday is working day without salary or without OT

This Company treat employee like as slave. No Job guarantee or warranty if you raise any questions to Managers or Team leader No Skill Update

Not satisfied with the salary part. Your hike will be adjusted with the existing package. You will get the same salary even after the hike. And package is included with the incentive part which is almost 10-15% of your CTC.

First American is a people first certified company and it’s a best place to work and the work life is very good staff is always motivating and my overall experience was good working in first American

The only dislike was I had to pay for company cab and pay for food in the canteen. Night shift cab is free but day shift cab is chargable

FAI is better for who want to start their career with MNC and package is very low and there won't be get any promotion in short period it will take too much late ( many years) only this is better to get job for freshers and who come up with telugu medium background and less knowledge people but job security is really good no doubt on it... 😊 for women it's really better opportunity because there we have children care facilities
