Not satisfied with the salary part. Your hike will be adjusted with the existing package. You will get the same salary even after the hike. And package is included with the incentive part which is almost 10-15% of your CTC.

First American is a people first certified company and it’s a best place to work and the work life is very good staff is always motivating and my overall experience was good working in first American

Dislikes

The only dislike was I had to pay for company cab and pay for food in the canteen. Night shift cab is free but day shift cab is chargable

Management is pathetic, plays dirty politics and is biased, salary in peanut form, HR threatens people, no video call even in washroom, no call taking on the floor, wearing any dress is an issue there, no weekend off, cab deductions and after other deductions u get paid very less, anything escalated falls on dead ears, hike in single digit, micromanagement. Plz do not join.

At timea u get stubborn trainers, who act like they own you 1 is from PA NJ team, he is totally mad, often lie to managers, pass snide comments and act he is helping you. Too much women empowerment, they write exam and become lead, manager. While we men clap for them.
