Less work no work pressure. You have lot of time you can concentrate on you personal stuff only 8 hrs of shift timing unlike other company 10hrs working. You have lot of time stay in job improve your skill and move on.

...eer growth even as 10 yrs working as senior associate not as process specialist. Average salary not very competitive. Atmosphere looks like friendly and family but there would lot of backstabbing and gossiping. On self development you have much time so you can utilise your self and learning yourself.

5 Days Work only but sometime have Saturday is working day without salary or without OT

This Company treat employee like as slave. No Job guarantee or warranty if you raise any questions to Managers or Team leader No Skill Update

First American is a people first certified company and it’s a best place to work and the work life is very good staff is always motivating and my overall experience was good working in first American

Dislikes

The only dislike was I had to pay for company cab and pay for food in the canteen. Night shift cab is free but day shift cab is chargable
