Fireeye has a very good work culture and work life balance. It was good working with talented people and management is supportive. Its a supportive company till you want to work and grow in same country. If you want abroad opportunity I will not recommend Fireeye.

Work culture is good , team is supportive. And there is no clarity from management level on Job security. And now days manpower strength is reduced. So this was again dissatisfaction in job security.

People have become more in secure, Director are very abusive and political. Every one has money to look for only, the India team has challenge called HR Director and India head. Deeply depressing with Pandemic, as people are behaving weird even if business is good.Teams doing good have Senior Managers fired, Promotions come very late career is stagnating, with pandemic companies have more control on employees.

Dislikes

HR team in India can improve, same for many years. Politics can be reduced and people in USA can be abusive less.

Likes

Career Growth is slow and one has to be exceptional to go the next level. On job training is given and given importance to the latest technology and implementation around that. Management gives free hand to play around with the technology and give them the flexibility to take decisions around that. Team is excellent and work life balance is good. At times depends on the project timelines.

Job Security, Slow decision making by the executive team.
