The HR and the Management is the worst. They'll cut your salary for everything. HR will not even share company policy or even tell you verbally, but when LOP happens and you ask her question, she'll talk about she had already informed. And will not even talk to you properly and say, don't argue. Is asking for your own hard earned money argument? Old employees are very very insecure of their job and their position. They'll target the new joinee for no reason. there is no buffer timing for log in. People can't even take break from work. HR is the worst. The company is not concerned about who is working or not, all they want is that you need to come on time. And they also crib if people leave on time. Extremely worst management ever.

This is not a company at all! A one man show instead. The company's md will change the rules daily. He will forget things he said and enquire us for things he didn't told to do. Such a worst place to work. As i said earlier, that there is one man show, the only thing you'd benefit is... When the md is happy you'll get team outings or lunch and all... IT IS JUST A MESS!!! that is all i could tell.

Dislikes

1. LOPs for everything!!! Literally they'll blackmail you like, ok then I'll mark it as lop (after all...all of us need that hard earned money) 2. Worst leave policy 3. One man show - today they'll decide and inform us to follow a process and tomorrow or in a weeks time..they'll change it right away. 4. Unsatisfied Md 5. No career growth - there is no leadership team and all. Till the end you'll have the confusion of whom to inform few things 6. GOSSIPS.... uncontrollable!!! 7. They'll never tell you to do a task but if any problem arrives and if luck was not on your side that day... Then you are the goat for that problem. 8. No morals! No value system! No team work! 9. They'll put you in a place where you are responsible for some task and if you take charge of it and request other team to give some information about that task... Even if it is under their scope.. they won't give you! And complain you to the management for asking that data and the stu.id management will scold.. literally SCOLD you for doing your job (as i said...no value systems) 10. More favoritsm 11. Weekend leaves won't be fixed. I think it is more old fashioned bossy workplace. Even if you don't work properly but you corrected the management.. you can survive... 12. Very stict timings (only in time) you must come before 9:30 sharp... But if you punch out at 6:30 sharp.. that management won't be happy 13. NEPOTISM And what not... There is everything for an unhealthy workspace. The md literally scolds you on thr floor. Even if they found that an employee's conduct within the team is not good they won't take any action. Even if because of that one person the whole team suffers..they won't take any action just because of nepotism. At any time they can fire you! A place without any morals!!! A WORST PLACE TO WORK!!!!!!!! Think thrice or even more... Before joining.
