In my past i worked as quality executive in fipola but i didn't get salary for almost 2month salary , fipola HR Sivakumar told that different reasons for every time we ask salary but finally they close the store and running back to the home, without inform anything about the Store closing they closed and running, once in the company I wear slipper to office mr Sivakumar told that Why u wearing slipper to office it's a corporate office like he told to me, but now only I understand it's not a corporate office it is culprit office, Sivakumar is a number one fraud

The company is perfect and products is also good but salary issues is lot even single month it self we didn't get salary on right time every staff is udgestable so we manage but few months back lots off new staff oppinted they are running lots off politics we already informed to higher officers but they can't hear our voice so nearly 30 peoples resighned there jobs one by one and it's continues

Salary is debited very late by 30 days, people are suffering alot for salary need to work for 2 months to get one month salary, comming to pf employee share n employer shate pf are paying, pls don't join in this company no ethics

The company is very unstable and the wages doesn’t come in time There are @ times we have received 2 months and 3 months delayed salary

No body likes to work with Fipola, They don't even care about their employees, Salaries are not being paid, internal politics, skilled employees don't fit into the culture because they don't treat them like that, They don't value their employees and as well as their situation.
