...leaves. No casual leaves and not even Public Holidays unless you beg for them. Your salary will be deducted every month based on the amount of leaves you take for any reason and if not then new rules will emerge to ensure this happens Delayed payments every month and constant drama every single day! You are not allowed to speak happily to another employee else it is deducted that you are having fun on the job and that is not allowed! You are made to sit far away from each other so that no communication takes place between employees. The team (or lack there of) does not work in unison because of the huge communication gaps and upper management does not wish to speak to employees directly even if there are 5 people in the office. Some people here have no boundaries and they will bully you, force you to speak about your personal life and make fun of it, antagonize you and make you feel like you are doing nothing, all while you are handling the jobs of multiple people because they refuse to hire replacements once someone has left. You will never be praised but you will always be ridiculed on even the smallest mistake, but mind you, they will never tell you your mistake. Instead, a month later you will be asked to leave the company based on that event. Speaking up and trying to raise your concerns is a waste of time here since there is no HR to help you and upper management will take this action as an act of WAR. After which you will be monitored carefully and blamed for every single thing until you reach a point where you quit yourself. Dont believe me ? Ask any ex employee about their experience here. Even after leaving they wont stop troubling you, they will hold your experience letter for months. They will hold your clearance for months. And instigate you in every possible way. Nothing .. your career is tanked. Before joining please ask prior employees. People are leaving the company non stop. It's just a one man company .

It has zero benefits . Zero job security. They will cut you pay even if you are taking 1 day off in a week. It will kill your career. My advice don't join. They will call you on Sundays also . Very toxic career . They potrait like they are helping other but in reality they are just filling their pockets . They wrote discounts for army personnel but in reality they just give 2k off on their high fees. Which they can easily bring down to 5 k if they really wanted to help students. I remembered clearly they asked me not to pick army personnel's call after it I left the company due to moral obligations. Stay away from this company. Stay safe keep growing.

Toxic culture, boot lickers are rewarded. They deduct your salary for no reason. They don't even provide job letter.
