Freshers and get job easily climbing up the ladder is excellant show your skill get your promotion also communication is a key. People are friendly

Expecting hike is not a possible also people need to be more balanced higher management need to provide certain things. Company should not be run by BPO background professional.

1. Leads who knows nothing other than spending time with their love partner, gossiping, playing games, back bitching, etc. 2. This floor is better than most of the dating sites. 3. Quality associates whose quality is worse than Salman Khan's love life. P.S.: At least they do some work unlike the leads. 4. Creepy floor manager. 5. Uncertain atmosphere. 6. Biased promotions. 7. No growth 8. No one can talk against the leads. If you talk, you will be the next one to leave.
