In this company there is no value for your efforts , hardwork and skills. All owners are very selfish they use us according to their needs. Owners play team-team between employees so there is no space for development bcz of only internal dirty politics . There is nothing for your safety. No separate safety department. Chlorine gas is always leak-out in company area so dont take risk with your life. In lab carcinogenic solvents are use for washing hands . If any employee write complaint against safety then owners will fire that employee. So no one can take this risk . Its worst company. Plz Never join this kind of company.
