1. Warm welcome from top management Normally in any IT companies there might be a wide gap between employees and top level managers like CEO, COO. When I join here I couldn't feel this gap between them. The way of approach provides sense of confidence to employees. 2. Good Mentoring Here our Technical leaders provide good mentoring to the employees. We feel a sense of confidence and comfortable while working here. 3. Fun Activities I could realize the phrase "Work While You Work, Play While You Play" becomes true here. In office we have some activities like below: - Fun Friday - Birthday Celebration - Team Outing 4. CSR Activities A good company grows along with the society. I could feel this really true here. Normally we like to spent festive time at Children's Home. We like to provide offerings and goodies to them. 5. Rewards and Recognition Well motivated employees makes great things happen in a company. We here all well motivated via strong employee incentive programs. 6.
