Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks to support the development and deployment of core banking software.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to core banking software, and assess their potential impact on product development and market opportunities.

Ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of core banking software solutions with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., data protection, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
Implement robust security measures and practices to protect customer data and mitigate cybersecurity risks.

Product Integration and Interoperability :

Collaborate with product management and business development teams to ensure seamless integration of core banking software with third-party systems, APIs, and partner platforms.
Drive interoperability initiatives to enhance connectivity and data exchange capabilities across financial institutions and ecosystems.

Scalability and Performance Optimization :

Optimize core banking software performance, scalability, and reliability to support growing customer demands and transaction volumes.
Implement monitoring, analytics, and optimization techniques to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and infrastructure issues.

Technology Partnerships and Vendor Management

Cultivate strategic partnerships with technology vendors, cloud providers, and service providers to leverage external expertise and resources.
