Finorchem HR call the new candidate for an interview and keep the candidate sitting for hours, not even asking for water at least. And the security people fight amongst each other for tea and launch. And the employees also get involved. there is no shame in people. Totally 3rd class company. If you join this company your career will be destroy. Mark my word

The one Whole Time Director (ST) is completely stupid person. Does not know any work do not know how to take the decisions or utilize employees. Management will sack you without giving any notice. Humble request not to join this organisation even if you are sitting at home with no job in hand. No full and final settlement shall be given when you leave the organisation it has been more than 3 months i have not received my F&F yet.

Previously it was known as Merchem limited. And its trading company. And it's MD and managers ruined lots of people life without hesitation after throw back out / fired from company. They joined company for better life and Merchem gave bitter and black taste of life. It's better to run tea stall than join finorchem.
