I like nothing about working at finolex cables there is no job security people are fired randomly irrespective of there experience or knowledge. work culture is so maletiaus that upper management don't thinks about employees . Employees are trated like pigs for slaughter , absolutely worce company policies upper management just filled with corruption they thugs even divali gifts of employees. Everybody engaged in a personal war with another looking for opportunity to just slam, downgrade another even atmosphere is so poluted they didn't even give safety equipment

There is lot of politics, management not give attention to our problems, career growth is very slow than many firms. No job training and no guidance for skill improvement

the finolex is open to innovation and radially adopts latest technology. i proud to a part of a team that market reliable , medium quality products and has environmental friendly. as a result ,i get opportunity to meet and communicate with service engineers for commissioning of machines and gain knowledge . another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

compensation is moderate , but growth is slow. the work pressure is medium. sometimes managers do not give value. also there is no on-job training and know your machine training for freshers , hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step by step , which is pain sometimes . also different facilities provided to different levels of employee .
