Working environment is so good, staff are very supportive and we feel in fino too our second family, Salary and appraisal are so fair, I loved too work here n management are also very good, company policies are very good. I am always sharing positive veiw towords Fino Payments Bank.

There is no such an experienced to me with Fino because Fino is very good but everything has some negativity in it Fino also had something but I am not facing it so I didn't sharing something bad about it.

...ager. And looking after 2 district. I manage all expenses for inventory by self. No satisfactory growth in salary. No idea about incentives, no any details are available or given to us for our work.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the. Managenment is transparent company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year

...d of products to sell almost 1 year has gone but totally satisfied with my job..and little bit issue with this low salary of course.
