Working environment is so good, staff are very supportive and we feel in fino too our second family, Salary and appraisal are so fair, I loved too work here n management are also very good, company policies are very good. I am always sharing positive veiw towords Fino Payments Bank.

There is no such an experienced to me with Fino because Fino is very good but everything has some negativity in it Fino also had something but I am not facing it so I didn't sharing something bad about it.

Freedom in work is best part of this organisations. Supporting managers are superior in this organisation. My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and work happily. I like re-hire police of employee here.

Annual bonus not add in salary. During on emergency company sending us in very critical rural locations.

Fino makes you work in every field. By working in Fino, we get experience of every field, whether it is banking or sales or insurance sector, Fino Payments Bank does all these works and the experience was very good

If you work in Fino, you get your salary on time but there is a lot of problem in making claims like travel claims.

When you are surviving tough situations in life, you make some great friends. Found great colleagues. My Senior allowed me to do RnD to work out the things which assigned to me.

Politics, Seniors from other teams play dirty politics. salary is low, job security is myth in this company, HR is policies are for companies benefit, not for employees, they change HR policy as they wish. When joined the clause said 1 month notice period, but when resigned they ask me to serve 3 months. Older technology, managers don't want to migrate to latest one. No code sync from seniors, need to work offline as the checked in solution doesn't work. Seniors say if you want to work then get the code and solve the issues and then work on it.
