There's alot for sales team No proper system followed No flexibility No job security Have to work in Saturday's and Sundays atleast have to complete app journey Managers support is never there Even if you are taking leave, you have to work from home Group calls will happen sometimes at night, and if you are out with your family, they don't care you have to attend it You have to roam around to DSA office then to office And if you don't know kannada do not join all my friends who knew Hindi and Tamil also were asked to leave They will not fire you , instead they will ask you to resign and until you resign they will keep on bugging you

There is nothing good about this company. They don't even provide you basic facility such as laptop. It is part of your CTC. To do the work of the company using your personal laptop is not what you would expect in a company. Terrible experience here.

There is nothing good about this company. They don't even provide company laptop for doing their work and ask to use personal laptop. If you take company laptop it will be charged to you and that is part of your CTC. Very pathetic experience working here.

If you get into credit team, You are in hell, If you got any offer for credit team or underwriter role don't accept the job. If you do your work life balance will be gone you will have to work on sundays as well, you will not get any benefits other departments get, and you will be paid less for your work, get ready to work 10 hours daily and more on month ends
