Environment is very good

For example - in April I had done 11 cards in this 1 card is premium and 72 loan so total is 12.4 so here is I made a incentive with good slab but after 2 months if premium card is rejected so what our mistake still company is good not kachra so for due to the 1 card blocked there is deducted my bonus it's okay no issue but behalf of one card block there is deduct the two card balance I am very disappointed for this things

Never join this type company . I have 15 yrs experience in banking in UAE and also DSA , wrongly joined in this company . Never refer to anyone . Politics and groupism is the main . Leader resigned recently , he was entertaining the politics inside the office . Sales compare to manpower is very pathetic .

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
