Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Likes

There I got to learn several things like the way of communicating, the way to put our talks forwards to our client.

Dislikes

There the salary was performance based which I felt little gittery but overall it was nice experience working over there.

Likes

Good Training and Communication with the Interns as well as time taken to train them.

Dislikes

I feel like the opportunities for cold calling as not much given as after a certain period of there was no communication in the group.
