Everything. As there is no hierarchy about job role. No good salary hike unless you are in good book of Boss. About work life balance they don't deserve a single star rating, They don't care about the employee family and their unavoidable problems. Though you gave 100% output still you have to submit weekly work report without fail on weekend If you haven't maintained IN time average for the month, your leave will be deducted where if you worked more than 9 hrs there is no credit. For comp off you have to work on public holidays or more than 11 hrs for 3 days in line. Boss is very baised and 🤬 Management zero Politics very dirty Though you have MBA degree still you have to do testing Job location wise rules and regulations policy changed though the work output doesn't matter for them.

People here gossip a lot. Too much stress and politics. The CEOs favourites will get to walk all over you and you can do nothing. If you work 2 mins less than 9hrs they will mark you as absent.

Colleagues with whom u can discuss the situation of office.

Favouritism, politics, outdated technologies, poor growth, work life balance I’d unevenly divided depending upon relation, disrespectful behaviour by the very senior people of company, bitching behind back is provoked by the boss, boss likes to gossip and want big boss scenario at office, expect people to live, sleep , eat at office.

Likes

The lack of internal policies and processes makes life easier in some circumstances. Notice period is very flexible. Workload is cyclical, hence average work-life balance is pretty decent.

Decision-making in all aspects needs to become more structured and well-rounded.

The only thing I liked about the company was that they released me easily after I gave my resignation

Dislikes

Company work culture, no hierarchy which makes things difficult to track. Moreover in this covid situation they force people to come back to the office, which is really bad.
