You'll be much better off running away from this company, verbal abusing and harassment is your typical day at Finex Hong Kong, the CEO has worse mood swings than a girl whose going through peak puberty. The toxic work culture trickles down from senior management to senior-mid level management as well. Public humiliation's a big part here, if you make a mistake you have to be publicly humiliated for it. And racism is a huge deal, Indian and similar ethnicity employees are seen as a tool and they'll ensure you feel that way as well.
