The market reliable , high quality product and has a global client bases in nigeria .my colleagues is come from various culture backgrounds and i work happily in this company.and i also like the employee rehire policy here...

Compensation is decent but groqth is slow. Aometimes the work pressure is very high.i have to attend client calls in the evening.

I started as a fresher...and this is good company for startup....There are lots of opportunities of learning new things... overall good working environment...

...ours are too long...Almost 10 hours everyday... The work pressure is very high.Salary also not so good...means as I m working for 10 hrs a day at minimum wages...

Their is nothing to say they have lack of policy awareness and in my way I don't like the working culture but company have lots of things to learn

The working culture of finebiotics is poor they have so much politics problem and racial discrimination also in my way I do not suggest any body to join that company every where racial discrimination happen the management also support to do this especially QA department that is totally worst 👎👎 they create politics view also always poke for salary purpose to person whom join in good skills.
