There is nothing, belive me nothing good in this company

Dislikes

1. Salary not on time. Delaying every month. 2. No continuous production hence salary deduction 3. MD expect everything should be done by you irrespective of your offered role. 4. Don't keep promise/ commitment eg. 5. No professional team mates, no prodcution manager, no plant head, No Quality manager/ and team, only bunch of operators and labours working here 6. For any customer complaint, entire deduction is there from person who is having big salary. 7. No clear instructions/ no guidence related work. Only blame game at the end of month. 8. No payment on time to the vendors e.g. pest control services payment not on time, lab chemicals payment not on time. Vendors keep calling you for payment follow up because you have given order. 9. No PF is given 10. No planning for anything, production gets stopped due to unavailability of any ingredients 11. I can enumeration many things but I don't want to waste time

No job security and mentally harassment to employee and never give any week off they have no proper pf and esic policy and leave policy

Dislikes

I dont like this company because they didnt pay salary on time to any employee they hold the salary also and management use abuse words with employees and dont join this company because no work life and this company food is very unhygienic product
