1. The pay scale is good comparing it with industry standards. 2. It's a good company if you're a fresher in your field and want to gain an experience in chemical industry. 3. If you're given the work of your interest then it's a good company to learn and upskill yourself as the company is mid-sized and most of the work load breaks down on a single person.

Dislikes

1. The upper management's approach towards everything and everyone is unprofessional. 2. If you're hired for a particular role, chances are that you'll never work for that profile but entirely different profile. 3. The upper management takes zero credibility when anything fails and the entire blame is put on the niche level. 4. Not worth if you're joining this company from outside Mumbai. Statistics shows that people outside Mumbai hardly stay here for more than 6-8 months.

Fine Finish Industries Pvt Ltd is an excellent organizing where employee engagement is great. We have recitation of Bhavad gita which enhances spiritual awareness. There are excellent facilities for laboratory personnel to upskill and reskill.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike as there is tremendous autonomy and independence.
