Annual increment is from (0- 5 % ), 3.Forcefully you have to travel minimum 2 places per month and you have to pay in advance and a. there is no security that you will et your spent amount. First of all you have to prepare expense statement which is of average 60 . b. if you took 2-3 month then you wont et your money . c. you have to fill provision ,if you missed then you wont get your money d. you have to continuous send mail then you will et you money . e. After traveling they will ask for stamp on taxi bill ,they will ask for what ever comes in their mind ,there is no proper rules and regulation . f. on each bill you have to write mode of payment ,you have to submit your bank statement and online payment proof along with bills .If every thing is there but bill got faint then you wont get your money . g. if you have paid more than 5000 in cash then you wont get that 5000 or more amount . h. if you are on site worked entire then you have to check your mails and reply in night .that means it is 24 * 7 Job i. If you are on leave then also you have to work as usual ,you have to check your inbox and prepare report .that means

FIND provides consumables rapidly so, patients are getting benefits in terms of diagnosis. This is the only thing i like about them.

Dislikes

There is no growth. The work pressure is high and salary is equal to zero. Due to low salary ,no one stay for long duration and hence you have to do work of yourself as well as others because of staff shortage. No medical facilities,no ID cards, no job security, no leaves etc......

Centralised arbitrary decison making, only couple of people decide everything. If you r close to those decison making, life is good there, otherwise u r at your own. Sycophancy is rampant. Very poor HR.

I learn a lot which is the best time best supervision the company is open to innovation. I love to work for f. I. N. D this is my pleasure I hope I can work again

The work pressure sometimes very high but I can enjoy that part all so as a challenge & the most important disappointment is growth is very slow
