Your Reproting Manger not allow to puch the attendance as a result you get less salary, No HR Rule, you, No holiday, even 2nd and 4th Saturday they called in branch, only chamchas stick here, performer not getting respect here. Even top management do nothing if you think to compliant your reporting boss.

Customer retention affected by product policy, even regular interest paying customer is affecting by policy (i.e) monthly interest payable scheme customer should pay interest 32 days if pay in 30 days principal only redeem and next interest doubling the interest percentage. Gold Appraiser come from outside so we waiting more than half day because operation Team can start KYC procedures After verification of Gold ornaments Purity by Appraiser. Being a small finance bank, it gives prompt response to customer since daily walk in to the main branch in Bangalore is 3-4 customers (at the max)

Dislikes

...have any say before sales department. They ask to come to work even on holidays. Line Manager has all the power to hold fixed salary. He may choose to hold upon achieving monthly targets. Over all, not at all recommended for work.
