The company culture is very good, working at Finastra is really good, work life balance is the biggest plus point here. Also, company offers Hybrid work from office, 2 days a week.

Food is too much costly, you need to wait more for promotions, salary also needs to raise.

Salary will be a good one , able to enhance tech skills, learn new tech. They are using recent new technologies only

Job security is very less. Few people (not one or two ) people affected lay off . For freshers it wont be there. But for seniors (not by overall exp, seniors based on exp in finastra) job security is very less. Some will get a notice period of 1 month . They will give a good amount for these lay off people based on the experience . They are doing this layoff for cost cutting. I joined there by seeing ambition box review and hr's sugar coating words about job security. So guys if you want a secured job dont come here. If u want only 1-2 years of experience in Finastra for gaining knowledge about recent tech u can.

Year on year salary hike, timing of bonus is very late, notice period employees(leaving in July) should be considered for bonus as they would have worked full year.

Pay very less compared to other companies Growth and promotions happen only if you are really exceptional. Otherwise it's pretty much stagnant

I was freshers when I joined finastra and it's amazing experience for me to be a part of such great company. Job culture and work life balance is great. security of the job also is not an issue. After 3 years of job i left this wonderful company but i rejoioned again because of work culture job satisfaction.

Sometimes I feel in terms of salary that what you should deserve is not what you got.
